At Prettypetals, We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of delivery and we will replace or refund your item(s) free of charge. No claim can be made without opening parcel video!
Other than that, We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Refund Policy:
- Returns must be in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for shipping back the product to us!

Exchanges:
-Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal or lesser value.
- Exchanges must be shipped back to us within 3 days of delivery.
